How a project is developed:
Alkaline electrolyzers have been used by industry for decades. It is a key technology for large-scale hydrogen production powered by renewable energy. We are currently only working with alkaline electrolysis solutions since they are the only solutions that provide reliability and efficiency at a price point that can match the production cost of grey hydrogen.
Our Product
Willys Electric aims to replace these fossil fuels with renewable energy, converting renewable electricity and captured CO2 into renewable gases and liquids. Our electrolyzers produce renewable hydrogen from renewable electricity, water steam, and captured CO2. We empower energy-intensive industries and climate-conscious businesses to decarbonize entire value chains, from logistics and material inputs to energy supply.
Generally a hydrogen project includes the following equipment.

Depending on the end-use of the hydrogen, storage solutions are required, or the hydrogen can be directly pumped into the hydrogen grid or used on site for various applications.
Shaoguan Green hydrogen production and fuel station
Shaoguan's green and low-carbon hydrogen industry ecosystem took its first step in 2021 with the successful operation of the hydrogenation station at Shaogang Hydrogen Innovation Industrial Park in northern Guangdong in April 2022. At that time, its compound design was the first of its kind in China, boasting a production capacity of 550kg/day.
5000m³/h H2 production station in Xinjiang
We assisted Xinjiang Qiya Silicon Industry in completing the installation and commissioning of the hydrogen production station, consisting of 5 sets of 1000m³/h units. The project was successfully completed by the end of July 2023.
500m³/h H2 production and refueling station in Wuhai City
Wuhai City has invested in 60 hydrogen buses, yet there is a shortage of hydrogen refueling stations to meet the demand. The government intends to construct several hydrogen refueling stations to accommodate the refueling requirements of the hydrogen buses. We supplied 500m³/h skid-mounted hydrogen production equipment.
